Precision dynamic load transfer, structural baseplate grouting, heavy machinery anchoring, and gap filling using advanced cementitious and resin systems.
Precision Precision Grouting Systems & Machinery Anchoring
Non-shrink cementitious grout and epoxy grout are high-performance construction materials used to fill gaps under machinery baseplates, anchor bolts, and structural columns, but they differ significantly in their chemical composition, strength, and ideal uses.
Cementitious Grout: Formulated from hydraulic cement, graded fine aggregates, and expansion- or shrinkage-compensating additives, it is mixed with water on-site to provide non-shrink, high compressive strength support for static structural loads.
Epoxy Grout: A multi-component system consisting of an epoxy resin base, a hardener, and graded filler aggregates/quartz sand. It delivers ultra-high early strength, excellent chemical resistance, and superior fatigue resistance for heavy dynamic loads and severe operating environments.
- Non-shrink formulation ensures 100% surface contact beneath baseplates
- High early and ultimate compressive, flexural, and tensile bond strengths
- Superior resistance to dynamic vibrations, impact forces, and heavy machinery loads
- Exceptional chemical, oil, and aggressive environmental resistance
